    • You may access and update your Personal Data through your profile settings at any time and for any reason.
    • You may obtain your Personal Data in a portable and readable format that allows you to transmit the information to another entity.

  • Data Retention
    • User-generated Content: We retain user data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the services and features offered by the app, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
    • Account Data and Personal Data: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.
    • Support and Communication Data: Retained as long as needed to resolve any issues or respond to inquiries.

    • You can request the deletion of your Personal Data by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that some information may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
    • Upon receiving a deletion request, we will promptly delete the requested data from our active systems within 30 days, and, where applicable, notify third-party service providers to delete the data as well.

    • If you choose to delete your account, all Personal Data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or operational reasons.   • In-App Purchases
    • We take your privacy seriously and handle in-app purchase data with the highest level of security. All payments for in-app purchases are processed through Apple's secure payment system, and the App does not store your payment information. Transaction details are retained only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Opt-out Rights

  If you are accessing the App from the European Union, Australia, Asia, Canada or any other region with laws or regulations governing Personal Data collection, use, and disclosure, that may differ from United States laws, please note that you are transferring your Personal Data to the United States which does not have the same data protection laws as such other regions. We however, take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personal Data that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. Personal Data collected through the App may be stored and processed in the United States, and by using the App, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your home country.
